Happy Monday! It's Tiffany. Meet Hal. He's snuggly, fluffy, and just plain cute. For today's project I used Deena's crow D-cut from the superstition line at Design House digital. I used black felt. It's pretty hard to cut out on the cricut. Actually, it doesn't cut at all, so I traced and cut it out I thought this crow was pretty easy. I used wonder-under and ironed it on to my off-white fleece. I'm not much of a seamstress, but with a little embroidery stitching to hide my sewing flaws, I think he turned out okay. Doesn't it just look so perfect on my mom's little teeny-tiny rocking chair from when she was little?
Happy 3rd day of July. It’s Tiffany here again. Boy, do I love the weekend!! Hope you are enjoying yours! For my new cute little visitor, Mr. Spider, I used the Superstition paper pack (DHD). I cut him out with my cricut and used the spider from the Superstition D-cuts kit. I used some foam mounting circles holding him up to give him a little more dimension. I also used the cute Spooking night word bubble from the Blackbird die cut page (My Mind’s Eye). For my spider web I used some black crafting wire and added some black tassle ribbon to the top. Oh, did I mention I picked up my cute green canvas for $1? I know, I should have bought 10. Have you entered your hyrid project into the contest yet? Can’t wait to see what you are creating!
Happy 2nd day of October!! Welcome back! Today, I want to share with you a SUPER quick, and even easier project. I love the crows in Deena's Superstition D-cuts kit. Just cut out the crow out of black vinyl (I used my cricut) and put it on a (clean) plate. Easy-peasy, but so, so cute. Now I just need to find the perfect home for him.
Hey There! It's Tiffany here, from the Creative Team.
It seems like the summer days are flying by. I love this time of year. Time for family, food, and fireworks. I can not believe it's already July. To kick it off, I wanted to show you something I added real quick to my patriotic decor.
I love to use Modge Podge. So if you are like me, this project is right up your alley. I purchased my chipboard letter at Joann's. They are on sale right now too, so hurry on over! 🙂 For my paper selection. I used a few of Deena's older kits at Design House Digital. I used the blue argyle from her Happy Christmas collection for the letter U. I used Il Faut – Necessary Simon dots in Red for my letter S, and I used the gray/white pattern from the Il Faut A little sketchy line for my letter A.
Did you notice my cute little pendant banner? I used my left over scrap paper from my modge podge project to add a little PIZAZZ and give my space a little more American spirit.
Check back tomorrow for another fun patriotic ideas using some of Deena's kits to decorate your home or picnic table. Happy July!
Served up just the way you like it: cutting files or printable templates
